What data we collect and why

When you write to us, fill in the price calculator or ask us to call you, you give us your name, your phone number and, if you wish, your business name, your email, what you’re interested in and when you’d like us to contact you. We use them only to reply to you, send you a confirmation if you give us your email and, if you ask, prepare a quote.

Why we can process it

Because you give it to us and accept this policy when you send it (your consent). If we end up working together, also to fulfil the contract.

How long we keep it

While we’re in touch with you and, if we don’t end up working together, for a year at most. If you’re a customer, for as long as the law requires.

Who it’s shared with

We don’t sell or pass on your data. We use these services to run the website:

• Netlify, to host the website.
• Google (spreadsheet and email), to receive your requests.
• Anthropic, for the assistants on the website (the demo and “Questions? Ask me”): what you type in the chat is sent to generate the reply (and, if needed, to search the web) and we don’t store it. That’s why we ask you not to type personal details in the chat: your name and phone number go in their own fields.

Some of these services may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object, by writing to contacto@allgrowthagency.com. If you think we’re not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
